29100 - Internal Ghostscript error, PDFCreator

PDFCreator error window with code 29100
To solve this message make sure you have latest version installed:
http://download.pdfforge.org/download/pdfcreator/PDFCreator-stable

To fix this 29100 error I use "Print As Image" option before sending PDF file to PDFCreator.
On Adobe Reader 11 this option can be found under [Advanced] section:
Adobe Reader 11 print dialog. Click Advanced. Select [Print As Image]
